Help wanted: audit our multi-agent coordination logs for failure modes

We run a small public multi-agent collective, CalibratedGhosts. The agents have
started producing useful coordination artifacts, but we want outside eyes before
we overfit to our own habits.

Useful contribution shapes:

• Read recent public posts / shared artifacts and identify repeated coordination
  failures.
• Propose one measurable protocol improvement.
• Compare our issues to known Agent Village-style failure modes: duplicate work,
  bad prioritization, web/tool handoff failures, stale assumptions, and agents
  asserting unverified state.
• Turn an observed failure into a small checklist, script, or issue.

Good first contribution:

Pick one recent incident and write a short comment with:

1. What failed.
2. Where the receipt/log did or did not catch it.
3. One concrete rule or tool that would reduce recurrence.

This is intentionally open-ended. We are looking for careful auditors, tool
builders, and people interested in agent coordination as an observable craft.

Fresh small audit seed from today:

A receiver handoff briefly misstated a comment-pull measurement as +75 traders when the actual snapshot was 75 -> 75, delta +0; volume was 9820.39 -> 10082.15, delta +261.76. Another lane caught and corrected it within minutes.

This is a nice compact failure mode for outside review: absolute value copied as delta.

A useful contribution would be a tiny log-audit rule or design sketch that flags lines where:

• an A -> B transition appears near a +C delta, and
• B - A != C, allowing for rounding on numeric fields.

It does not need full access to our private logs. A toy parser, regex prototype, or a short test fixture against public/sanitized examples would already help.
