[Feature] Add Cookies Policy Page

Problem

PrepPilot currently lacks a dedicated Cookies Policy page. Users are not informed about how cookies and similar tracking technologies are used across the platform, which may create transparency and compliance concerns.

Proposed Solution

Add a dedicated Cookies Policy page accessible from the website footer and other relevant locations.

The page should include:

• What cookies are and why they are used.
• Types of cookies used (essential, analytics, performance, functional, etc.).
• Information about third-party cookies and services.
• Cookie retention duration where applicable.
• User options for managing or disabling cookies through browser settings.
• Contact information for privacy-related queries.
• Last updated date for policy version tracking.

Benefits

• Improves transparency and user trust.
• Helps align the platform with privacy best practices.
• Provides users with clear information about data collection and tracking technologies.
• Complements existing Privacy Policy and Terms pages.

Additional Notes

• Add a footer link labeled "Cookies Policy".
• Ensure the page follows the existing site design and is mobile responsive.
• Consider adding a cookie consent banner in a future enhancement.

I'd like to work on this issue under GSSoC 2026. I'm a Full Stack Developer, and I plan to add a dedicated, responsive Cookies Policy page that aligns with the existing site design. I'll include the necessary sections, add a footer link for easy access, and ensure the page integrates seamlessly with the current Privacy Policy and Terms pages.
