2. Generate a new solution
3. Generate scripts for solution
4. Run Compile task

Confirmed I get the same issue.

I think this is another Node v17 error.

Running npm install --legacy-peer-deps resolves this.

Long term I think we need to update our versions/move to eslint since tslint is deprecated.

TSLint has been deprecated in favor of ESLint. Please see palantir/tslint#4534 for more information.
