I and one other ran into this issue and posted on reddit
What specifically happens on my end is that menus break and are missing elements; if and only if; I have pocket dimensions installed.
Attatched are logs with and without pocket dimensions.
for some reason this happens on 1.2 and on 1.3, though I will admit I only did thorough (binary search elimination) testing on 1.3.

I talked with the Rimthreaded discord server and they determined it wasn't a conflict with their mod.
I added startup impact after running into the issue, and it does not appear to interact with it.
