Problem

Objective: Phase analysis

Proposed Solution

Algorithm: clustering
Input:

1. Positions for EDS to spot scan: currently using thresholding only, can use the particle segmentation algorithm
2. XRD phase prediction + confidence

Output:

1. Phase prediction (+ confidence) per sample
2. Pixelwise Element quantification per sample
3. Pixelwise EDS spectra for each image

TODO:

1. Real samples testing

Future development:

1. Integration with particle segmentation
