Document ChainMove's future Stellar asset metadata setup and stellar.toml requirements.

Expected content

Add documentation covering:

• where .well-known/stellar.toml should live
• testnet vs mainnet notes
• placeholder CMOVE asset metadata
• domain requirement
• production readiness checklist

Acceptance criteria

• Documentation explains the expected stellar.toml location.
• Includes testnet and mainnet notes.
• Includes placeholder CMOVE asset metadata.
• Does not claim production asset issuance is live.
• Adds a production readiness checklist.

Test requirement

If a placeholder TOML file is added, include a small validation script or test for structure.

Evidence required

• Screenshot of rendered docs or file preview.
• Screenshot of validation script/test passing if added.

Hi maintainer, I'd like to work on this issue. My approach is to add clear documentation covering the expected "stellar.toml" location, testnet vs. mainnet considerations, placeholder CMOVE asset metadata, domain requirements, and a production readiness checklist while explicitly noting that production asset issuance is not yet live. If a placeholder TOML file is included, I'll also add a lightweight validation script to verify its structure and confirm everything passes lint, typecheck, and build before submitting the PR with the required evidence.
