Hi, the artists may clean these artifacts while segmenting shoes. To remove these noisy points, you can manually clean them with MeshLab(select face in a rect/then select selected vs and faces) or Blender for single or run a code to remove them using the cleaned shoes.
The labels indicate the clothing/shoe type in the file "index_static.xlsx".
