Patients cannot have missing fields

This is a minor feature flaw

• Often times hospitals might not have all the patient details at hand.
• By making all the fields mandatory this forces users to put in place holder details such as 'e/noemail@gmail.com'
• This makes the process more time consuming

Justification: This causes users to waste time creating place-holder fields, which goes against the product's goal of making the process of managing patients fast and efficient
