Output explanation

Hi I am having a hard time understanding the outputs from KmerGO. For instance, what is the difference between these 4 files? What does _0 and _1 mean? In my case _n_0 and _n_1 are empty files? What does that mean?

categorical_n_0.txt
categorical_n_1.txt

l means logical type and n means numerical type.

[Shellfishgene]

I also find it difficult to interpret the results, I think some more documentation on what the output files contain would make KmerGO much more useful.
