Feature: Settings & Preferences pages

Create Settings & Preferences module for account-wide preferences, privacy settings, and application configuration.

Direction:

• Build Settings pages with sections for Account, Privacy, Notifications, and Display preferences.
• Persist preferences via the user settings API and apply them across the app.
• Include toggles for dark mode, compact layout, and notification preferences.

Acceptance criteria:

• Users can update account and privacy settings; changes persist and take effect immediately where applicable.
• Dark mode and display preferences toggle the UI theme and are stored across sessions.
• Privacy toggles control visibility of profile/listing information as documented.
