Feature: Analytics & Metrics tracking and dashboard

Implement Analytics & Metrics module for tracking user engagement, listing conversions, and performance metrics.

Direction:

• Integrate event tracking for key actions (listing create, view, match propose, trade complete).
• Provide a lightweight dashboard with charts for weekly active users, listings created, and match rate.
• Ensure privacy-compliant data handling and opt-outs align with Notification/Settings module.

Acceptance criteria:

• Key events are instrumented and sent to the analytics backend or a mock collector.
• Dashboard shows basic charts and time-range filtering for core metrics.
• Opt-out from tracking respects user preferences in Settings.
