it locked my device

Hi, I stupidly used it on my xteink X3, and now it's forever locked. I tried to reset it and the button combination. It doesn't have a usb C port, I'm unable to change a thing.
If someone could help me, that'll be great.

Is this a locked X3? They have versions with a working usb port or a blocked one. If its locked you are probably stuck.

i don't think that it's locked. I was able to put crosspoint before

How did you put it on? Can you connect it to the pc over usb? https://crosspointreader.com/#flash-tools can flash a different firmware over usb.

I tried. I bought a 4 pin pogo cable and my pc doesn't recognize the device unfortunately.

If you still have this issue, there may be an option at the end of the settings screen that says "switch to app1", when selected it should boot up the last firmware you had installed, that happened to me the first time I installed microreader, coming from crosspoint.
