Duplication glitch / Crafting table bug on RLCraft (not sure if it works without modpack)(1.12.2)

There's a duplication glitch that duplicates its contents and the ingots that you used to upgrade your backpack on 1.12.2.
Basically all you need to do is upgrade the backpack, put it in your inventory, the crafting table bugs out and you can't craft in it, go break it then the old backpack drops and the ingots used.

The version of the mod I used is 1.1.2

This bug seems to only work when added to RLCraft, not sure which mod modified the behavior of crafting table, as without RLCraft everything works fine.

Edit: It seems that this issue was caused by RealBench mod, which isn't actively maintained by author. Besides that, this doesn't seem to be fixable from my side.
