Add page to docs describing how many cores to use for clusters of which size.

Basically we need some scaling relations to make things easier for people to guess how many cores they'll need. I can run some scaling runs on Vera if somebody else wants to run them on Quest

Hi Carl, I'm happy to do this! I've also kept a log of the time it took to run all simulations I've submitted and on how many cores, how many particles, what initial parameters, etc. I can probably make a pretty good estimate of scaling from that alone. The big issue will be scaling with rv since I haven't done too many different rvs. Newlin
