Complete the NavBar

@techforgeeks has implemented the skeleton of the navbar and I would appreciate if anyone can design the navbar. Consider the following UI design and the to-dos. Please reply in order to assign you for this issue.

• Implement responsive design
• If possible code the basic structure (h1 tag will be sufficient) of the pages related to nav links
