PR #82 split the Quick start's composer require into its own block but kept vendor:publish and migrate together. House style (see laravel-api-logs Quick start): one instruction per code block, each introduced by its own sentence. The same grouping also exists twice in docs/installation.md (publish+migrate, and config+translations publishes).
