Why are we doing this?

You will act as a self organising team during this track. A qualified trainer will arrive to deliver two AI workshops as shown on the day plan, but your team will take ownership and...

1. Run the morning meeting
2. Lead the energiser
3. Act as timekeeper to keep everyone following the day plan
4. Welcome the trainer when they arrive
5. Organise lunch (four people)
6. Facilitate the Roles project session
7. Lead the wrap

There are seven tasks to do each week and three weeks to cover, so everyone should do at least one task. In the first week all tasks will be assigned randomly. For the next two weeks, you will negotiate a rota between yourselves.

Go to your Slack channel to find the rota for the first class day. Prepare to carry out your task on the day. Discuss in the channel how to assign the rest of the tasks. This can just be as simple as a spreadsheet where people sign their name next to a task.
