- Add search result count and loading indicators
- Improve overall performance from 3-5s to <1s load time

**CustomSelect (Team Leader/Client dropdowns):**
- Fix dropdown scrolling issues when typing
- Add sticky search bar that stays visible while scrolling
- Implement proper max-height (400px) with separate scroll container
- Auto-focus search input when dropdown opens
- Improve visual hierarchy with borders and better spacing
- Add better "no results" messaging

**MemberSelection (Team Members dropdown):**
- Increase dropdown height from 200px to 320px (60% larger)
- Fix search bar scrolling away by making it sticky
- Widen dropdown from 250px to 280px for better visibility
- Add member count display "Available Members (X)"
