Feature Request: Add dark mode support

Feature Request

It would be great to have dark mode support in the application. Many users work late at night and find the current bright interface straining on the eyes.

Proposed Solution

Add a toggle in settings to switch between light and dark themes. The dark mode should:

• Use dark backgrounds with light text
• Maintain good contrast ratios for accessibility
• Remember user preference across sessions
• Apply to all screens and dialogs
