Add functionality to analyze specific branch

Some projects do not commit many changes to master, hence, it would be nice to have an advanced option where users can specify a branch to be analyzed.

There are also instances where the default branch for the repository may not be master. Are you using the repository's default branch or assuming that it will be master?
