Turning tissue images into measurable vascular and spatial biology

The Computational Pathology Lab builds analytical pipelines for extracting quantitative
information from histological and multiplex tissue images. The group connects anatomical
pathology, bioinformatics, image analysis, spatial biology, and computational modeling to
study vascular remodeling, drug distribution, and tumor microenvironment organization.
