Create interface for altctrl minigames. #38
Description
Altctrl will have a series of hidden mini-games. The idea is too allow developers to work on small mini-games for altctrl. The goal is that the mini-games are arcade style games, that last around three minutes, using ncurses for display, that can be exited at any time.
