SQANTI rescue error: ValueError: too many values to unpack (expected 2)

Hi everyone,

I wanted to run the SQANTI rescue step and got the following error:
key, value in (attr.strip().split() for attr in attributes.split(';') if attr.strip()) ^^^^^^^^^^
ValueError: too many values to unpack (expected 2)

As it turns out this had to do with the format of my reference GTF (it should work, but somehow there seems to be at least one line with a different format).
The issue was resolved by taking the GTF file of the reference produced by SQANTIQC.

Just wanted to share this information in case someone else runs in the same issue :)
