Installing Latest SQANTI3 Version

Hello,

I am trying to install the latest version of SQANTI3 (which I believe is v5.5.3). However, I’m unable to use conda due to organizational restrictions on Anaconda. I have miniforge3 instead.

To work around this, I attempted installation via Singularity using the command:
singularity build sqanti3.sif docker://anaconesalab/sqanti3

However, this still builds version v5.5.1.

Could you please advise on how I can install the latest version of SQANTI3 either through miniforge3 or Singularity?
