Error setting up Organizer for the first time

I have WolframApp 14.3 without any other paclets installed, besides ConnorGray Organizer, would that be a problem in case there are any dependencies to use it? I've reached Palettes/Organizer, clicked on Setup but is not allowing me to set a directory.
