Mounting host directories

Hello,

First of all, thank you for taking the time to put this project together, it’s very useful!

I’m wondering if it’s currently possible to mount directories from the host into the guest using tart’s --dir option on Ventura, similar to how Docker volumes can be mounted with the docker executor? If not, would you be interested in a PR to implement this?

Sharing build and cache directories between the host and the temporary runner VMs sounds like a good idea. It seems tart added the directory feature after I've initially built this here.

I was not able to find any numbers in terms of performance, especially when dealing with a lot of smaller files while compiling projects. But even with minor performance losses, I think sharing prevents re-downloading all the sources from scratch and would therefore be very useful.

If you can find the time to raise a PR, I'd be grateful. Otherwise I'll hope I will find some time to try this on my own 😄
