Filebrowser password setting doesn't work

Current Buggy or Suspicious Behavior

In stack.example.yaml, we ask the user to fill in a password for Filebrowser, with the intention to set this as an environmental variable in Stack Deploy.

But this hasn't worked for a few deployments now. I keep having to quickly access Filebrowser logs in CapRover UI to retrieve a randomly generated password.

Steps to Reproduce

• Deploy Filebrowser using Stack Deploy.
• Notice that the password is not set; Filebrowser generates its own.

Also seeing the env var is actually empty in CapRover.

I also don't remember seeing this in logs:

For what it's worth, I don't think it ever worked - at least not in a "real" deployment experience.
