Allow users to quickly locate events by filtering and searching through available records.

Tasks
Add search by contract ID.
Support filtering by event type.
Implement date-based filtering.
Optimize filtering performance.

Acceptance Criteria
Users can filter events without page reloads.

Multiple filters can be combined.
