Hi maintainers, I'd like to apply for this issue.

Duplicated or missing rows across pages is usually a cursor problem, often offset-based pagination over a list that changes between requests, or a non-unique sort key that lets rows shift between pages.

If assigned, my plan:

• Investigate the pagination queries and how the cursor is built and consumed.
• Move to stable cursor handling, sorting on a unique tiebreaker (e.g. created_at plus id) so the order is deterministic and rows can't jump between pages.
• Verify sorting consistency across requests.
• Add integration tests covering the edge cases: boundaries between pages, inserts/deletes mid-pagination, and equal sort values.

I'll keep the change scoped to the pagination path and match the repo's existing patterns. I'll wait for maintainer or GrantFox assignment before opening a PR.
