Description

Improve logging around Discord delivery failures without exposing webhook credentials or other sensitive information.

Acceptance Criteria
HTTP response categories are recorded.
Delivery failures contain actionable diagnostic context.
Webhook secrets never appear in logs.
Successful delivery remains minimally verbose.
