[Contracts] Add Event for Notification Cancellation

Description

Emit a dedicated smart contract event whenever a scheduled notification is cancelled.

Tasks
Define cancellation event.
Emit event during cancellation flow.
Include notification identifier.
Update ABI documentation.

Acceptance Criteria
Cancellation event is emitted successfully.
Event data is complete.
Tests validate expected behavior.
