UMS not working on switch

or idk how to use it, I jsut plug in the USB to my computer the way I normally do when transfering files and installing games while on the using `UMS` from the bootloader.

Intersectingly, the only type of UMS that works is the one directlt form the bootloader, so It might be a problem might my end, by anyway! There's probably greater issues over in this porject tbh
