Other ways to edit/add tracks

Do you think it would be possible to add an option to reverse the way the Music Pack creator works? Instead of adding a track and selecting the regions, selecting a region and add a list of tracks (with those already added elsewhere available instantly maybe)...?

The way I think about this, is to add a second edit "view", which shows the regions with subregions instead of the tracks list. One can "edit" those regions then by assigning tracks to them. Probably helpful for mass-assigning tracks to regions.
