Binary Releases v0.6.0/v0.6.1

The releases for v0.6.0 and v0.6.1 are missing their binaries in the releases.
Due to this the win-get version is currently also stuck at v0.5.0.

I am currently updating a project where I sometime need to change immutable commit, so v0.6.1 would be greatly appreciated.

From my browse though the actions it seems that the workflow around win-get is currently broken, because the workflow to publish them is not run:

This causes issues with installing with eget or gh. Binaries not found for latest release.
