For now, lazyjj push a commit will block the main thread.

To me blocking the tread seems like a way to avoid race conditions.

What would you like to happen during a push operation?

Maybe do it like in jjui - close ui, open parent shell, ask when push will complete, and show message like "press any key to continue"

If this is just about getting feedback that something is happening, #184 handles that

For me, what I hope is that when pushing, I can still browse my commits or logs, or have animations displayed in the blocking section. Issue #184 can solve this problem.
