App's index.html not rendering with `gulp serve`

My dev branch is synced with main repo's dev branch.
I do gulp serve and get a blank screen (http://localhost:3001/index.html#/).

• http://localhost:3000/index.html#/new-workout is ok. It does take me to the new workout page
• http://localhost:3000/index.html#/dashboard does not take me to the dashboard. Doesn't even give me a blank page.

Still no luck. Nick says he's not experiencing this issue so I'm going to delete everything locally and re-fork. That should do it.

@LoganArnett @Nhare - It didn't. Still broken. Can't do any work until this is fixed. Will grab @al_the_x after he comes back from lunch.
