1. Our git workflow. Git flow.
2. Firebase was a pain in the butt. If we had to do it again, would we use another service?
3. We did a good job prioritizing tasks. E.g. focusing on core functionality first, styling second.
4. Doing the simplest thing that'll work. The first few days into the project, my approach was to use Angular from the get go (steep learning curve = slow progress) whereas Logan used jQuery to quickly get some features working, intending to Angularize things later - way better.
