	The Constitutional Committee shall be composed of _[such number of members as shall be

	Guardrails, and as shall be sufficient to assure the ongoing integrity of the Cardano Blockchain.

1. Should the Constitution specify how the number of members of the CC are determined? [Note that the Guardrails specify both a minimum and maximum number of members.]

	that terms shall not be less than one year. To assure continuity in the operation of Constitutional
	Committee, the terms for Constitutional Committee members shall be staggered.
