Just a general statement of my experience. If you the new user finding this tool ask why not just use Claude Co-work. The answer is pretty simple. This is way more token efficient than co-work. I don't know why exactly but it's pretty obvious. Setup this MCP and give co-work and desktop chat the same task and measure the token burn. That's all you really need to see.
