Convert from AngularJS to Angular

The main justification for this is to be able to remain uniform with the CLARK platform, as well as to simply be up-to-date and current.

Another benefit will be the move to a more dynamic web application which will do away with the need for multiple web pages for each security injection (they will exist as a JSON object that can be loaded).

Work for this will be done on a separate branch for the time being.
