FEATURE: hue and saturation input/view fields in Color Grading

Feature Description

In current version one can input values of hue and saturation in highlights/shadows/midtones in color grading tools only by mouse-clicking in some point of circle. It would be great if any information on hue/sat values displayed like in lightroom:

Also circle should be flipped: in lightroom red is on the right side, in rapidraw is on the left, it's very confusing

Maybe not related, but I'm a bit sceptical of using HSL at all for input since it's a pretty terrible color space.

I haven't looked at how color is handled internally, and so if it's viable, but I would greatly prefer if something like Oklab-LCh is used for polar coordinates due to its far superior perceptual qualities.

It now shows the exact values while dragging: cd4b347

For the rotation of the color wheels: I'm unabel to implement it since there is a bug in the underlying library: uiwjs/react-color#139

bad to hear, as I see it's very old bug… probably you should use another component, like iro.js (it has wheelAngle and wheelDirection options)?

If you're asking if I'll mind if you make edits in my PR, then of course I don't mind :) But if you mean if I can make those edits, then I'm afraid I'm not that immersed in the context.

Yes this was what I meant, as my knowledge regarding those color spaces is quite limited. I will take a look at this in the near future.
