Reset Map button on right pannel makes all the button non functional.

Describe the bug
Reset Map button on right panel refreshes everything on the screen however makes all the buttons(on panel below) non functional and do not allow to set the points, line or area.

To Reproduce

1. click on "Draw Point coordinates" button on right panel.
2. Plot a line or area or points.
3. Click on Reset map button on the right panel.
4. User is not able to create any line or area or points.

Expected behavior
After Reset Map user should be able to select the points to draw line or points or area.
Suggestion: Reset Map button on the right panel can be removed if we already have one on the bottom panel or can fix the bug.
