Runtime error Exception thrown in SimpleITK ImageFileWriter

Dear Author,

I am very much intereseted in this paper.
I am getting the following error while i am trying to execute UCLA_data_conversion.py RuntimeError: Exception thrown in SimpleITK ImageFileWriter_Execute: /tmp/SimpleITK-build/ITK-prefix/include/ITK-5.2/itkImageFileWriter.hxx:247: ITK ERROR: ImageFileWriter(0x55b0d26e94a0): Largest possible region does not fully contain requested paste IO regionPaste IO region: ImageIORegion (0x7ffc86a67820). How can i reslove this error?

Hello! Thanks for your interest in our work.
The reported error seems happened when output the converted image to files. Could you check the image is correctly converted before the file writting process? For example, you can print out the image size, spacing, origin, and mean value of the pixel array to screen and see whether it is correct.
