Make create ui beautiful again

The create ui needs to follow the homepage's theme and look aesthetically pleasing. The html needs to be redone using bootstrap's column and grid layouts for nesting views to prevent element overlap.

Don't worry about animations/transitions/cool-stuff. Those can be done after the create is made beautiful again.
