Regarding a single DOI-BLM GitHub Organization...
Does having a single BLM GitHub Organization make sense from an organizational standpoint?
Is it smart to assume that any/all code written by BLM will go under that master/single BLM GitHub Organization DOI-BLM? Would each application go in it's own root-level folder such as https://github.com/DOI-BLM/AFMSSII or https://github.com/Navigator? What about apps written for States? And what about smaller things such as scripts, utilities, etc. - or would we just use GItHub for fullblown "National Applications" (i.e., investments)?
