TP stream sorting in NP02 readout application uses source ID

This implementation was shown as a proof of concept for routing TPs based on output queue assignment, and to ensure some implementation exists in preparation for TDE readout at NP02.

A more appropriate implementation that can be developed is adding new attributes to the TdeAmcDetDataSender. It may also be favourable to have this functionality for readout applications in general (not just for the TDE).
