Compliance does not show for Mikrotik device

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a device with Mikrotik Router OS
2. NAPAL driver installed and functional
3. Add a functional config template.
4. Run a backup with plugin config-backup

Expected Behavior

Show config compliance based on config template.

Observed Behavior

5. No compliance is shown:

Python version: 3.12.3
OBS: Change form to show newer Python versions to report bugs.

Compliance is not fully fledged out yet. I will look into it though.
