Broken links

Hi, quite a few links on your site are broken when they're using site.baseurl. e.g. the link to the report assembler or topics on this page http://danielbaird.com/projects/climas/

Looks like Jekyll is replacing `{{ site.baseurl}}` with the empty string for some reason.
