HTTP 429: option to delay/queue fetch calls to STA endpoint

Hi,

When the endpoint has a rate limiter policy, loading count for every displayed tile on the map for ex. may result in 429 responses (too many requests).

Maybe an option like maxParallelRequests or requestDelay could help preventing this kind of situation ?
