[daily-ai-review] Mako source experiencing complete search and section failures

The Mako news source is experiencing systematic failures across all search queries and sections:

Search failures (10+ keywords):

• Navigation timeouts for all tested keywords (בית בושת, סרסור, etc.)
• Content retrieval errors: "Page is navigating and changing the content"

Section failures:

• Men-news section fails to parse with Chromium-related error

Impact: Zero articles retrieved from what should be an active source

Next steps:

1. Investigate if Mako has implemented anti-bot measures
2. Check if site structure has changed
3. Verify Chromium installation in runner environment
4. Consider updating selectors or request patterns
